Scaffolding Essentials Standards

These are the Scaffolding Essentials Standards.

The Scaffolding Essentials Set offers comprehensive guidance for the Australian scaffolding industry.

The set is for manufacturers, importers, installers, and maintenance professionals.

This set includes critical standards for the safe training, erection, maintenance, and dismantling, of scaffolding systems. It also addresses fixed platforms, walkways, stairways, and ladders.

For users of older equipment, the set includes provisions to demonstrate compliance with AS/NZS 1576.1.

These standards are widely referenced in Federal and State regulations, ensuring industry alignment with safety and legal requirements.
