It does not specify the thermal insulation requirements, nor does it include materials for use in air handling ducts.

Specifies minimum requirements for design, installation and commissioning of air-handling and water systems in buildings to assist in the control of microorganisms. It does not apply to sole occupancy dwellings, nor is it intended for the control of the wide range of discomfort symptoms which may affect the occupants of some buildings.
